Life Since leaving high school I have been a teacher, a wife, a writer and a mother. Today I’m living in Syracuse, New York, still a writer and mommy to my two girls, and happily separated/single. I work as a freelance advertising writer and creative consultant. That’s the Reader’s Digest version. After 27 years in the East, I’m focusing my sights back West and hope to be relocating in the near future – or at least as soon as my youngest graduates from high school in a couple of years. I’m ready for a new adventure -- and to be closer to family, friends and the equator. Let’s see – I like to cook, eat, hike, walk, yoga, garden, paint my house (the more color the better), read, laugh, travel – did I mention shop – I really like to shop – especially the find-an-amazing-deal-on-something-I-can’t-live-without type of shopping.
