Linda's Story
I have been a very lucky and fortunate person as God has been good to me during the past 50 years and then some. Tom Pintar (class of 1960) and I have been married for 48 years. We have two adult children, a daughter, Annette age 40, a son, Marc age 39. I finally went to college and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a B.S. in H.R. & Business in 1997. My Associates is in law which is basically what most of career has been involved in - law. I started out as a secretary, went on and got my education, then became a supervisor and later, a manager in one of the largest law offices in Arizona. dchildren. My husband and I have had the opportunity of having them in our home for nine years or since the day they were born. They are pretty cool kids - ranging in age from 14, 11, 10, 9, 8, & 6 -- so, we have a lot of crazy things going on during our "retirement" or "golden" years. I have become a certified teacher and do substitute quite a bit. Usually my teaching involves grades K-8 and any subject. The kids of today are a challenge and just as mixed up and confused about their own identity as we were at that age. Wish we could be there for the reunuion, but do not see how, Take care.
