Linda's Story
After graduation in1969 i worked at the Geriatric Center in Beaver till 1971 when I married Patrick Foley from Beaver Falls. My hubby and i have traveled many places in the world....Portgul, Spain,, Hawaii..most of the states...We became foster parents for Beaver County Children and youth for about 10years...We then adopted 3 children who are Christy Foley Davenport ...Terry Jordan Foley 2-14-1984---6-5-2006...Shane Patrick Foley my youngest who just turned 25 years old...i worked out in the hospital and nursing homes till 2008 when i became hospitalized with 3 types of vertigo... I have 8 grandchildren whom i love very m...Expand for more
uch..We have a set of twins...a boy and girl who turned 16 yrs old this year...our youngest grandson just turned 2.yrs old...My husband has been my friend, protector, travel guide and lover for 42 years...we have been blessed with family , health, a home and Gods Love..I am growing older and the days of my youth are being told to grandkids such as we had a party line telephone not a cell phone..this gets a confused look on their faces...My Patrick and I are enjoying our days together since his retirement in October 2012.. I love playing games on the computer...planting a raised garden and flower bed...shopping...and travel.
