I came to Georgetown when I was 2 yrs. old 1951, lived at the entrance to the park for many years, then at 12 moved to Shelley St. I attended Chapel, Park & Wrigglesworth Public, then on to GDHS, where I spent most time with my best friend, Judy Prouse & boyfriend, Stan Kynnersley. In Grade 3 or 4, Mrs. Wrigglesworth discovered that I had a wonderful singing voice, so from then on, I sang in school choirs, church choirs, and did an Operetta in Grade 8 at Wrigglesworth Public. I absolutely love to share the beautiful voice that God has given me, it makes me feel very blessed. After graduating, I married Jim Nicholson, have 2 sons, Dave & Steve, who are 43 & 39 yrs.old & parted from Jim in 1988.
