Linda's Story
Life
Basically life has been good. I have 3 children, 3 step-children, 4 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, and 9 step great grandchildren; most of which live nearby. I have a great job, work with great people, and my second home is my Toyota Echo (I put 40,000 miles on it this year!). I am a secretary at a physical therapy rehabilitation facility. he nearest grocery store of any size, convenience stores are a bit closer. We traveled until illness (my husband's) prevented it. I am amazed to note that at least 5 graduates of BHS are living in this area. I am 50 miles from Asheville, NC and 30 miles from Greenville, SC. My life mainly consists of work, reading, and enjoying friends; it is very rewarding. I feel, however, that life still holds many surprises and excitement as I should live for a quite a while longer. As you know, only the good die young!
