Linda's Story
It's been so many years, but right after high school I got in to the whole hippie, anti-war thing. I got married and after fantasizing about living in New York since I was around 8 years old, I moved to the Big Apple in 1984 spent 20 years working for The Legal Aid Society in New York helping indigent people with civil legal issues. eattle in 2004 and found it to be really beautiful. I'm not sure why but I moved back to New York in 2011. I have two children and six grandchildren. I'm retired and getting ready to leave NY again now in 2012. I am a little envious of all of you who chose your paths early and accomplished so much. I didn't really come into my own until I was almost 30. Anyway, life has been a real adventure for me and I feel blessed and grateful for my family and friends.
