June 20, 2008 Hello Friends from a time long ago! I have just recently joined this site and I think I am going to have fun re-establishing old ties. I live in Baltimore Maryland, but most of my family is still there in Denver and Aurora. My daughter Monica is (27) is a supervisor for the State of Colorado child service divison and married to a Denver Police Officer. I have an 8 year granddaughter... a little hard to accept and admit, but wow, it's pretty amazing to feel that kind of love! I love living in the east coast, which I just made the permanent move two years ago. I am a self-employed Business Development Consultant.. I was never good at conforming to a rigid schedule (like school), so the most obvious for me is to work on my own. Hasn't been easy all the time, but very rewarding in the long run. Even though I did not participate in the actual graduation ceremony at Aurora Central, I did graduate. Recently, I finally finished my Bachelors Degree in Business Management and I will be starting a Masters degree program in the fall. (it's never too late.. it's just really hard!!) . I am trying to determine which program I want to attend, and also, whether I want to stay in Baltimore. Most of my work is in Washington D.C., but I'm thinking about moving to New York.
