Funny, I graduated as a Junior in 1974. My graduating class and classmates are from 1975. I couldn't wait to get out of school and away from home. I had a few friends, but never felt that I fit in anywhere. Now looking back... if I knew what I know now... maybe it could have been different.... There is a reason there is a smile on my face... I am 51 years old and I have survived and now I am fulfulling all my dreams yet to fill and living each day to it's fullest.... Life is too short not to.... Once upon a time.... I had two children... they passed over when they were 3 and 4 years old. They died on the same day, BUT three years apart. They were victims of the birth defects of the Vietnam War.. My brothers, who some of you may remember. Richard and Douglas Pendleton. Are long gone... They died of drugs and alcohol......through suicide. The best part of life's lessons is that I learned to love unconditionally. I have learned to be there for family and friends as they have been there for me.
