Linda's Story
Life
nothing has really changed... my birthday is still march 17, i'm still an only child, still the crazy girl (well now the crazy young lady, so maybe i have changed) well, the only thing that's changed is my hair... oh, and maybe that i'm a hella more talkative than i was in high school (didn't think that was possible, huh?)
School
who was your biggest crush... while i was at riverside-- chris desmond (lol) while i was at lachine-- yeah right!
inspried me the most... i really liked mrs. read (she was extremely cool), mme. kyriopoulus and mrs. foster were great (i cried when mme. k gave me my diploma at the grad ceremony, cause she was my fav) but mr. aitken's left a lasting impression (although i never learned anything from his english class!!)
one school year that i will never forget is the year i had mr. mc curdy (good ole les) for homeroom in grade 10- that man had no control over his students. there was a financial advising session, i kicked myself out of class and a other nonsense went on in that class... the time i did a homerun slide to my place in homeroom while mrs. mc cauley was doing her attendance... just a whole heap of good times
would i do it all over again... in a heartbeat
College
dawson was...Expand for more
cool, still is... although it does feel weird being back after three years... tiffany, chantal and natasha made cegep doable, to a certain extent (seeing how i'm still there!!)... thanks guys
Workplace
after high school, while i was in cegep, i started working at mc donald's. i was at that crappy place for two and a half years until i quit. my last year there i stopped going to school, which was a big mistake. after i quit mickey dee's, i was not working for about six of the greatest months of my life. i walked into walmart one day, filled out an application, and have been there ever since... for two and a half years now. i really hate it, but what can i say... it's a job, i need one, and i've gained some valuable experiences thus far... i work all over the store (cash, layaway, customer service, in the warehouse doing inventory, in departments doing inventory) but my favorite job there would have to be accounting services (i work there on the weekends)... but i only plan on staying there until i'm starting university... which is hopefully soon
Military
i've never been, never will, and never would wish this ill-fated duty on anyone... however, i'm in something-like-love with a dude that serves in the american army
