Unfortunately, I didn’t graduate from Widefield,. I would’ve been in the class of 1969. The issue was my father was transferred from Colorado Springs to North Carolina between my junior and senior year. But I always remember fondly all the great times I had at that school! Sweet Charlotte in the gym, being on the Powderpuff football team. Just enjoying a great high school experience there.
I also remember going to prom and having such a good time, going to after prom at the bowling alley. All sweet memories. All great times.
Going to algebra 2 and trying to get through that class. Good thing my best friend Becky was a math whiz!
