Linda's Story

Life After moving around the country from New York City to San Francisco, back to NYC in the '70's, I came back to Kingsport, received a Bachelor's Degree from ETSU, moved to Memphis and received a JD degree from University of Memphis in '85. Somewhere in there, I joined the US Navy Reserve and have recently retired as a Commander (spent a bit of time in the Middle East last summer). ingsport and now hold a judicial position in Sullivan County. Son Steve is 38 and has two children, Jonah (10 y/o) and Ruby (1 y/o). Daughter Rachel Franklin will graduate from Dobyns-Bennett HS this spring. I enjoy traveling and have spent some time in Europe and South Africa. I enjoy golf, still play the piano (mostly for myself) and recently reconnected with Dawn Yonce Fink, Julie Greer Brantley, and Sharon Schwartz Taylor.
