Life
Hello from Glenview Illinois
I am fortunate to now be working from home as researcher and at Chicago area corporations as a sales trainer.
I enjoy the freedom to visit my Mom in Clay County, my 2 daughters in Northern California, and my sister in Phoenix.
At this point in my life I treasure flexibility.
I read, write, watch obscure movies, and Tivo only what I want to see and skip the conmercials.
My life experience has developed my strong views on prisons....they are a stupid waste, and soul sucking institutions that most people know nothing about, and a lack of education for prisoners represents a huge human opportunity missed. Unfair, unequal, unChristian, a corruption of justice in the name of political fear.
U S government...mindless, seeming to attract the most ignorant leaders amon...Expand for more
g us, full of false pride that is now moving toward a big fall, the world now sees us for what we are, American undereducated know nothings
Religion...God is on whose side? Many the pains that has been inflicted for dogma based on the Bible/Koran/Torah ...words copied, altered, "homoginized" and tinkered with in order to support the latest power hungry institution. "Do unto others.." makes human sense, but can we consistently do it? The old testament is used to make people fearful of others. The Christian Religion is afraid to stand up and say "what would Jesus Do" and then do that. Politics... Fear sells.
Family...for me, so far, always available to understand me. Lucky again, to have the same farm, house, neighbors, family that I grew up with in Hoosier township.
Health...so far, so good.
