Here's a pic of me at about the same age as my mom in the pic from yesterday.
And here's mom again for comparison...
This is the fabric I want to use for the dining chairs; debating whether to use foam cushions or old-school natural padding materials. Definitely leaning toward the traditional.
A print of this beautiful painting is now hanging in my living room, very faded but still gorgeous in its ornate antique frame. *love!*
My favorite corner of the living room
We miss you, little spud-man! May your time in the summer lands be restful after your hard journey here.
Just one of the beautiful skies I've seen here in St. Joseph.
Exploratory surgery on an old dog today who got into the "garbage" late last week and has since been very sick. Opened up his stomach and guess what we found...
Petey, a temporary guest until he's big enough to make it on his own.
February 2010 back in St. Stephen, SC. This is my camellia bush covered by a rare snow storm.
Colby looking fine in his kilt and new hat at the Renfest.
Browsing some of the fine wares offered at Renfest.
Last year in Moncks Corner; another one of my sky pics.
So, Colby took me to another antique shop today, and guess what? More bells, one of them matching the one I found yesterday, and yes, those guys are carrying severed heads on the one on the left. SWEET!!!
First snow, all melted now.
Had a fun afternoon checking out Squaw Creek National Park.
Exam tables under construction; I love beautiful wood! One is cherry, the other walnut (my favorite).
