Linda's Story
After graduating from WWHS in 1967, (Its's hard to believe its been 40 years) I married Matt Kidd (WWHS Class of '66) who passed away in 1994. We had two beautiful daughters, but things didn't work out and we were divorced. Later I married my wonderful husband of 35+ years, Tom Bowles (Oscar Smith Class of '59). We have three super "kids", 2 sons and a daughter for a total of 5 grown kids! We also have 9 super grandkids ranging from 16 years (he's driving) to 4 months. aring for my little red headed daughter, Cherie who has had Crohns Disease since 1988. Its been a tramatic experience for both of us, but after a few visits to the Mayo Clinic in 2006 she is finally back to work and doing great. My husband and I are now living in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake along with my son Eric. My family and I (especially me), are Disney fanatics and enjoy visiting Disneyworld in Florida as frequently as possible and look forward to taking some of the Grandkids soon. I look forward to retiring in 2009 and possibly relocating to Florida.
