Linda's Story
Life
On the Road Again!
When my Dad came back from Viet Nam in 1967, we had to leave California, AGAIN, and this time we moved to Pensacola, Florida. I was still in the 11th grade when I met my current husband at Fort Pickens on Pensacola Beach when I was sixteen. In 1969, Ed went to Viet Nam and I went to Birmingham, Alabama with my parents. Ed came back, and I was gone. He married someone else. I came back, he was married, so I met and married someone else, too. Ed and I still kept in touch over the years, and then in 1994, we found each other again, and were married on Dec 31st, 1994. It took 27 years for us to get back together again!
My Kids
I have identical twin boys, born on July 4th, 1974 at NAS, Pensacola FL. Ray and Alan are both computer systems analysts/programmers for security systems. Ray works...Expand for more
in Charlotte, NC and Alan works in Tampa, FL. My daughter, Angel, born on May 22nd, 1977 in Guam, is a leasing agent for a major condominium complex in Charlotte, NC & still not married & has no children. Both of my sons are married: Alan has 2 sons, Brandon (7) and Daniel (4). Ray has 5 dogs.
My Job
I usually work from home on the computer, but I've recently started to work part time in sales agent just so I could get out of the house!
Our Pets
We have a black female lab named Baby; a grey striped male tomcat named Brisco; a white dove named Lovey.
Hobbies
I still love to go bowling, play pool, & sell stuff on Ebay. Plus we go to the beach every Tuesday night for free live concerts on the beach from 7pm to 9pm. It's a wonderful place to live!
