Linda's Story
LIFE:
I seek updates about Joanie Davies, Mary Walt, Mary Ellen Stein, Eugene Anderson, Dallas Svoboda, Rich Garlinghouse, Jim Pickett and Jim Pardee, Margaret Butler, Minu Kazemi (sps?) or anyone who remembers my name.
Yo! Living in lovely Loveland, Colorado, now. My person (Mighty Mike) is a mad-genius mechanic who hopes to retire soon from the job he has held for 30+ years!
I have 2 sons born in 1974 and 1976. Both are handsome, naturally. My younger son Lorin was married first 10/2005 and my older son Cris was married 09/2010. The older still lives close by at his new home in Fort Collins, CO, and the younger is in Charlotte, NC.
At Sheridan grade school, I was voted most likely to see a UFO, remember? You can read concerning what you prophesied at my geocities UFO site. (Oops, Classmates zapped this bio when I gave the site URL) (Oops-Oops, Geocities went out of existence and I have not re-posted my UFO account. Oh, well.
Other friends whose names I remember: Charlotte Ritter, Sharon Jewett, Grace Middleswartz, Freddie Ferris, David White, Jerry Van Cleve, Kay Lynn Briggs, Midge Vaile...
Teachers I cherished were quiet Mr. Adler (math) and big, bad Mr. Heinz (science) at Irving Junior High.

COLLEGE:
In school, I always loved math, but English loved me. Go figure.
Studied lots of science, including biology, which I apply now in researching mountain lion behavior and attacks on humans in the United States and Canada. I have an internationally visited cougar site: cougarinfo.org
WORKPLACE:
At my community college, I enjoyed teaching computer basics part time to "mature" students as well as to younger ones. Got such good hourly pay, that I qualified for credit cards with larger limits than better salaried folks.
When I worked at the university, it was fun helping foreign researchers present biology manuscripts in proper English.
Currently, I finally found a paying job at a call center. When they don't ship our tasks overseas, we enjoy good pay for this low skill level. My company is a satellite company of DirecTV, and I help customers resolve problems and technicians process their jobs. In addition, I am still working from home, I help biologists in California and Arizona research lion attacks. I took an interest in this due to living near them myself. My main goal is to present reseach online where anyone interested or concerned can read the data. cougarinfo.org
