Linda's Story
Graduated Long Elementary in 1973, went to Cleveland High School.Hung around Skateland for awhile.My first job as at the Humane Society of Missouri as a Cruelty invetigator. Married Charlie Mantia in 1982. We had been together since 1978. I year after we got married we started our family, we have 3 kids,Tony, Tracey, and Ed. I was a stay at home Mom until 1986 When I went to work for the Mo. Department of Transportation until I retired October of 2008 as a Urban Metro Maint. Supervisor, First woman superviser in the feild state wide,
(basically played in the middle of the highway for 22 years) Now we travel and just relax since both of us are retired we do what we want when we want.

My Obssesions are Football (sorry still a Rams fan)& My dogs
My current age is 50. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be close to death. I was so completely wrong LOL.
My best friend would tell you I'm Friendly easy to get along with and fun to be with, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as Mean. I have never gotten close to people very easily.

My oldest friend was Stella nick named Sam. We met playing pool against each other. From that time forward we were best friends.
My best memories of my child hood was going back to Black Mo and seeing my Grandma and grandpa
