Lindsay's Story
Once a Jewish girl from an upper middle class neighborhood in Toronto who wrote songs and went to Northern. Still writing songs, still Jewish, now living my dreams in western Minnesota near the North Dakota state line with an awesome American husband and my very cool 3-year-old. I play guitar, mandolin, 6-string banjo, harmonica, and keyboards, do disability advocacy every chance I get, and love hiking, farmer’s markets, baseball and hockey (though I’m just a spectator; I’m no good at playing the actual sports). n’t regret a second of it, but feel like I’m where I belong now.
Life takes you down some unexpected paths. Maybe me being a country singer in a metro area of 200,000 and living near a corn field with my teddy bear of a husband and chaos gremlin toddler surprises you, but there are some people who I’m sure aren’t surprised at all 😂
