Life Hi Everyone.... Well I happened to be home on disability for a few months after breaking my ankle... Well, since I am up w/ insomnia... I will probably write alot, but here goes... After high school, I did not want to go to college, but grandma paid. Could not refuse.. Graduated from Southwestern w/ a AA Degree in Admin. of Justice. Then from SDSU w/ a BS in Criminal Justice. Took me 10 years to get through college. I have had a career in the Probation Dept for 14 years now. I did supervise a caseload of Violent Offenders/Intensive Supervision for about 5 1/2 years. However, due to this time off from work, I will be moving to a new position in which I will work for Child Protective Services and doing Social Work. Not bad, doing Social Work for Probation pay. I never expected to have this career, but I love it & will stick w/ it. It gives me the opportunity to be a law enforcement officer and a counselor.. =) I have a few other jobs, I teach traffic school to teens. That is great fun. Also, I just joined the Naval Reserves this year. What an interesting experience to go to B...Expand for more
