Lisa's Story
Life
I have been married 23 years to a fantastic person, who truly is my best friend. We have 3 children together, 2 daughter and 1 son. My oldest daughter, Ashley is now a senior at Thiel College...she is majoring in art and Theology. She is also getting ready to pursue her masters (undecided)so she has some challenging months ahead of her. SHe has been on the Dean's List every semester since being a freshman!!! My second daughter Jessika is a Junior at Slippery Rock and also majoring in art and Asian studies saving for a a trip to Japan for her senior year. SHe is going to teach English as a second language for the year she is there and also continue learning her Japanese. My son Kody is a freshman...Expand for more
at Slippery Rock majoring in Althetic Traing. His transition from high school and being busy with althetics all year round has come to a complete halt as he is finding out studying for college is way different and more difficult than high school...It was so much fun watching them grow to be the wonderful adults that they have become. I cannot wait to be a grandma...that would be awesome...but right now we vacation every year in Canada where we all go fishing, camping, hiking and canoeing....We also travel to Florida to see Dave's parents where they have bought a home there and stay 6 months of the year so now that Dave and I are empty nesters, who knows what tomorrow will bring or where we will be....
