Lisa's Story
Like you really want to hear all about me. Just in case, here are the boring details. 1986 graduated, then enlisted in the Air Force to get $ for college. In the USAF until 1992, reserves. Went to Fullerton College, got an AA. Transferred to UCLA, got a BS in Political Science. Worked at KIIS fm in the promotions department for over a year, that was fun, pay sucks. Was going to go to law school, started substitute teaching and decided I'd change my career path to teacher. Began my teaching credential program from UCLA, started teaching in Whittier. ot masters in Educational Administration from Pepperdine University in 1999. Got married the next month. Had a little girl in 2000. Moved to Ontario. I teach 7th grade Science and English in Ontario, CA. I am working on publishing a couple of books. I have an awesome daughter, seven years old. My husband almost died in a severe car accident in 2005, he suffered traumatic brain injury, had to amputate foot. He is just barely training for a new job in 2008. It's been a VERY ROUGH few years. Trying to get my life back. There, I guess that's about it.
