Lisa's Story
Hello! I have been married to a wonderful man for 22 years. I met him my senior year of high school, and dated him from Jan. to May of my senior year. I met him at the Adrian Skating Rink. We have been together ever since. He is the best, he has been my best friend. I am currently a stay at home mom. I am loving it. I found that they grow up and leave the nest way too fast. I have two kids, one boy, Anthony 18, who graduated this year 08, from Onsted High School. He leaves for the Navy in Aug. of 08. I will miss him, but I am proud of him. He will be in for 5 years. My daughter Lindsey is a Junior at Onsted High School. She is 15 and gets her drivers liscense in Aug. 08. My life has been great. I have spent many years working with kids, in Day Cares, Day care Centers, Schools, and Headstart. Aft...Expand for more
er high school, I got married and worked full time. I waited five years into my marriage to have my first child. I have an Adrian address, but kids go to Onsted Schools. My husband works for Verizon, which used to be GTE. He is a Fleet Mechanic and has been with them for 19 years. We have gotten into riding motorcycles in the last two years. We have a Harley. My husband is currently redoing ours after someone backing over it and causeing damage to it. Oh well! At least we weren't on it when it got hit. I am really starting to enjoy riding. I love to do gardening, and I have a Produce Stand in my front yard all Summer and part of Fall. This is my second year of doing that. I love it.
