Lisa's Story
Life
I stayed in Fort Bragg after high school, and worked at The Wharf and putting up with Jim Cummings..hahaha (actually he was a VERY cool guy). Went from bus girl to Hostess to Waitress and on to bartending at the Anchor Inn when I was, whoops only (19). Then I moved on and started working at Redwood Coast Printers along with my dad, until I moved to Lake Tahoe.
I lived in Fort Bragg until Feb 1980.
1980 Moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1980, met some dear friends who I still keep in touch with today.
I worked at Anchor Printing for 14 years. I went from bindery to office manager to graphic design and pre-press/photography and then including assistant manager to manager of this print shop.
1992 Met my to-be-husband in 1992 at a fitness class at the community college in Lake Tahoe.
1994 Moved to Maple Valley, Washington in Feb 1994 with Russell.
Got married in Lake Tahoe at RussellÃÂs parents home near the Lake Tahoe Golf Course in Oct 1994.
Worked at Lake Wilderness Golf Course where Russell was manager. I was Food & Beverage Manager, and in Accounting for about 4 years. then after I had my son, I worked for an offsite caterer doing banquet serving for about 3-4 years.

ugust 1997. We named him after his great grandpa and his grandpa (my dad). (ok! So I started REALLY late)
1999 Started working for a California Closets designer in 1999 in Maple Valley.
2002 Moved to Gig Harbor, Washington in March 2002.
My boss moved over here before us, so I am still working for him today.
I work (California Closets) about 3 days a week in his home office, and the rest of the time I work from my home helping my husband with his real estate appraisal business and /or our real estate investment business.
Back into Food & Beverage, just started a new job about 4 weeks ago (August 2008). Banquet server at a local Hotel and Convention Center. It's heavy physical labor, but pretty fun.
My most important job is "mommy", mom to my son.
My husband, son and I love to fish (steelhead, salmon, trout, mostly rivers), camp, bike, hike. We love spending time with friends and family. One of our favorite things to do is to take the ferry over to Seattle and walk up to Safeco Field to watch the Mariners. (I am still an avid SF Giants fan, but I settle..lol) My son is a great athelete and favorite sport is baseball....with basketball, soccer, taekwando, hiking, swimming, tennis, biking, all coming in at a close second.
