Lisa's Story
Just moved to a beach house in southern CA and I love it here! I live a block from the ocean and can hear it right now as I type. Through a chain of unfortunate events my marriage of almost 33 years has come to an abrupt end. So, so sad.... I'm trying to find a new way to identify myself, my life. I was Lisa Damele much longer than I was ever Lisa Hendricks. But the same girl is still here--- older, wiser and starting life over just when I thought everything about my life was...Expand for more
pretty much set in stone. I still like to think of myself as a writer. I'm writing a book about this experience and new life here But, I can't tell you anymore. If you want to know more you'll have to buy the book! lol! If I know you I will sign it for you. :-) And hopefully by the time it comes out in print I will have found my smile and few other things that are temporarly lost. But I'm much stronger than I ever thought and I know deep down in my soul that I will be ok.
