Lisa's Story
Life:
After school attended and graduated from Zion Bible College, then located in Barrington, RI with former classmate Robin Andrews to study missions. At Zion, I met my best friend and future hubby, Joe, got to travel and record with a singing group, and spend some time in Haiti. Joe and I got married 2 weeks after graduation and worked as youth pastors in his home church in Pittsfield, MA for 8 years. e moved back to western MA after 7.5 years there and love it here again. We have 4 great kids that keep us very busy and we are serving as 'laymen' in our church so we can focus on raising our family for the next few years.
Workplace:
College was gratefully paid for by my cosmetology training at Voc-Tech. My VICA experience helped me to step out of the box and learn how to lead others during our time as staff pastors. I am now settled into the merchandising /market research field and am my own boss.
