Lisa's Story
I actually went to the Baldwin school from 1968 to 1971 at which point I moved overseas to Rome Italy with my family. I graduated from St. Stephens in 1974. My best friend at Baldwin was Laurie Roth, who sadly died of diabetes in 1991. After graduating HS I went to Skidmore College and got a degree in Fine Art. I worked as a jeweler for several years before moving back to Rome Italy to marry a Foreign Service Officer in 1983. Kazakhstan. I divorced in 2006, live in the Washington, DC area and have two children. My daughter recently moved back home to attend NOVA after her freshman year at Western State in Gunnison, CO and my son is now back ready to be a sophmore at McLean Highschool after spending a year in Prague, the Czech Republic. Its a full house...just the way I like it. Theres nothing too spectacular aboutt living in the suburbs, although I thoroughly enjoy my garden and my proximity to the tennis courts.
