I went to work right out of high school, got married, raised twins, went back to school in 1989 and eventually earned a bachelor's degree in English from UMass Amherst and then a master's degree from a school in the Boston area. I'm currently separated and ready to write the next chapter of my life story.
Although I never thought I'd leave New England, I relocated for professional reasons and currently live in Wichita, Kansas. In most ways, the quality of life here is excellent! Still "there's no place like home."
