Lisa's Story
Any friends I had in high school knew I just wanted to do my time and get out of there. After graduating I never thought about college just wanted to get married and have kids. Of course the marriage did not work out but I have a wonderful daughter I am proud of and have one granddaughter whom I adore. I actually decided to go back to school for nursing which was a big surprise to alot of people who knew...Expand for more
me way back when. I wish I would have went earlier than I did though but it has been worth it. I am currently working at a local hospital actually have been back there for about 2 years now. My daughter and granddaughter have been living in Alaska for past 3 yrs. My son-in-law is stationed in fairbanks in the military hopefully he should be back from Iraq soon and they will get to move closer to home.
