Lisa's Story
Life
After graduation I attended a handful of colleges, finally landing in beautiful Prescott, Arizona. I have an undergraduate degree in Wholistic Health and Wellness and a Masters from Northern Arizona University in Education.
I have taught middle school and high school Special Education for about 9 years with a few years of regular education sprinkled in.
I enjoy a regular work out routine at the local YMCA and a little cross training at a boxing gym. (It's not really that interesting since I won't actually get into the ring and hit someone on purpose - that's not why I do it).
I like to get my mountain bike out on the local trails and am finally getting up enough courage to go pretty fast down hill.

Rock climbing is a lot of fun and I get to go now and again with a few of my friends.
I have studied Aikido for several years and really enjoy the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual discipline. It is really quite deep when you take a close look.
I am currently getting my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification so I can teach English abroad. I may only do it for a few weeks in the summer, or....well you never know.
Oh yeah, I was married for 10 years, that was 1 1/2 years ago.
I don't have any kids, but teach plenty of them...and enjoy them.
Something I am planning on doing very soon is learning ball room dancing. I have always thought that would be great to know and fun to do.
