Lisa's Story

Life August 21, 2004, I got married to Jeff Hildebrandt. In April, '03 we bought a house in Redwood Falls. November '05 Jacob was born. We are all very happy, Jacob keeps us very busy! School Redwood Valley was great, I really miss being with my friends. One thing I don't miss is being so busy, running back and forth to school, track/volleyball practice, and then to JO volleyball. I also miss track. Mr. Bremel and Sandy Heiling were awesome coaches. Volleyball was fun also...but I wasn't so great at that, so it was a lot more pressure. I really liked pep band. I miss playing at the boys basketball games. I had a lot of fun with my friends in school, we all had our crazy moments. Kacie and I went to a concert my junior year, my car motor blew up somewhere by New Ulm. We made it to the concert in time, but we didn't have time to go shopping like was planned. id we were sick. My sophmore year I called in sick, and missed a volleyball game....WELL, I was at a Garth Brooks Concert...that was awesome. One thing I wish I would have done that I didn't do was be a Cheerleader for boys basketball. College I went to Ridgewater College, graduated in May, 2002. My first year at college was HELL!!!!!!!!!! It sucked big time. I learned a lot from the experience though. My second year was great, I lived with my aunt (we were both going to school). My aunt and I had a great time living together. We went out to eat a lot and had lots of fun "memorial" moments. (Christmas tree)! Workplace May 2002 I started working for the Redwood Gazette. I really enjoyed doing my job there. April 2005 I gave my notice and started working for ISD #2897. When Mary Liebl retired I got her position as the Lead Secretary in the Middle Schoo. I am doing excatly what I wanted to do when I left high school. I really enjoy my job. Military NA
