Lisa's Story
School
If I could do it over again . That would be nice.
I enjoyed high school life. If I could have remained 19 years of age forever that would have made me the happiest person on the planet.
I enjoyed my friends the most at school. Whether in marching band, lunchtime food battles, football games or any of the other activities.
Oh.. By the way..people thought that I studied all the time because I carried books around all the time. The real truth is that my locker was in the back of the school and I hated dashing back there between every class so I carried half of my books then switched them. I made fewer trips that way. Unlike my older sister ,Sandra, who always had straight A Honors grades, I had average grades for the same amount of effort. It was difficult to deal with the pressures/expectation the teachers had on me to preform at the same level as my sister. As they found out,...Expand for more
we were two very different persons.
Anyway, that's school life!
Workplace
I am currently a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Washington state. I haven't been working in a number of years to raise my children. Recently, I've been thinking about returning to work part - time. I enjoy Assisted Living nursing homes or Home Health. Medication administration and treatments are the most interesting aspects of the Nursing profession to me.
Update Oct 2009- I have been working very part time on the weekends. I took up selling Avon for a second time. I stopped after Jason Roberts was killed by a wrong way driver in 1991. We were married for 4 years. My current husband Tim Willett and I have just cerebrated our 13th wedding anniversary a few weeks ago. My daughter Elizabeth is now over 2 years old. Kenneth 12yrs and John 11 years old. No plans to have further children,
I'm getting too old for that.
