Lisa's Story
Life
Still living in the Downriver area, I got Married in 1990, and had a son (Cody) in 1991. I have been Divorced for about 8 years. I was just about ready to give up on the relationship gig and then I met Doug, and we decided to tie the knot on May 11th 2002. He is so good to me and is great with Cody.
We recently just bought a bigger house in Brownstown,MI in May 2004- the house that Cody and I had in Woodhaven just wasnt big enough for 3 people and our cow of a dog Morgan(Rottweiler)
My Cat Keisha that I had since I was 13 (some of you may remember her) just died last year Aug 2004, her kidneys shut down on her, she was 21 y/o and she is very missed.
School
1. hmmm...I guess my biggest high school crush would have to be Ray Saenz, I remember I was new at the school in 86 and I was at a football game and I saw him by the fence on his bike and had to meet...Expand for more
him, wow, that was a long time ago, I thought I was just going to die and it was the end of the world when we broke up, (that puppy love is some strong stuff eh?) lol- My 2nd bite with the "Love bug" was Jeff Bird- we dated for awhile and went to our Prom together, then he told me he enlisted into the Marines for a million years & left me behind, to mend my broken heart once again.
2. Mr. McMann had to be the teacher that inspired me the most.
3. If I could do it all over again, yes I would go back a change a few things in my life.
4. I guess the craziest thing I remember is Maria Bean and I fighting everyday outside the school for like 3 or 4 days in a row. (we cant remember what it was about anymore) But we are still friends and hang out on a regular basis today.
Workplace
I have been a dispatcher for a trucking company in Dearborn,MI for about 10 years.
