Life
I got married in 1983 to Michael Klein (Derby, graduating class of 1973) whom I met while working for Dillons. He has a daughter from a previous marriage, Lori, (born in 1977) who lives in Pennsylvania and has 2 kids. Mike and I have 2 daughters, Mindy (born in 1985) and Katrina (born in 1989) and Mindy has 2 sons, Graham Michael, who is 6 years old, and Roland Dean, who is 3 years old. Her husband, Ben, works for Game Stop, and they were high school sweethearts. Katrina and her husband Braden live in Fort Wayne, IN. He is doing his residency there for the next 3 years, after graduating from OU Medical School last May. I worked at Dillons for 26 years, the last 15 years there as a pharmacy technician. since May 2004. Mike left Dillons after 29 years and now works for Village Tours and Travel as a bus driver. Since working there, he & I have been on 8 cruises and a few short trips and they pay me to go with him!! We have 1 dog, Jack, and he is like our baby. We have 1 grandaughter, Kylie Marie and 3 grandsons, Benjamin Joseph, Graham Michael, and Roland Dean. We don't get to see Kylie and Ben often as they live in Camp Hill, PA but maybe we will get to do a trip out that way soon. I help watch Graham and Roland one night a week so Mindy and Ben can go on a "date". I lost my dad to Alhziemers (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) in April 2009 and my mom is in a nursing home in Mulvane, KS (because of a car accident) so I help take care of all her stuff.
