Lisa's Story

Life I have been in the Air Force for a total of 24 yrs and have moved 15 times and lived overseas 3 xs. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and got a doctorates 6 yrs ago. My husband Jim passed away last yr so I am on my own once again. I currently live in San Antonio Texas and am assigned to Lackland AFB. I help run the Mental Health Dept....largest in the AF. ...38yrs old who is a nurse practitioner like me here in San Antonio and Alexandria...36yrs old who lives in Houston and works in finance. I 5 grandchildren...ages 20 yrs to 4 yrs. I am not a meek country girl anymore...still country but a lit more confident and independent and not afraid to speak up when necessary.. I love to meet new people and catch up old friends....an optimist at heart....
