Lisa's Story
In 1996 I moved from Iowa to Oro Valley, (near Tucson) Arizona. My husband at the time found work here after Rockwell had laid him off. I really love Arizona. No snow, NO cold temperatures¿and I really love the mountains.
I love to travel! I have been to Hawaii 7 times, 6 cruises (multiple destinations), Las Vegas (every year), Spain, Morocco¿and I plan to take a three week vacation touring Europe and also visit Alaska this year. I didn¿t really start traveling until about 7 years ago, so I am making up for lost time.
My daughter Nicole is now 25 and I am very proud of her. She graduated in 2002 with honors; she has also graduated from college and now works for me. I love the close relationship that we have. We see each other everyday at work and still go and hang out on weekends at the mall (yes, we both love to shop!) or possibly going to a movie. She has two Afghan hounds; their names are Taboo and Calypso. She shows both of her dogs in AKC show rings and has won several ribbons. She is now taking both of them to agility classes and is going to compete in trials soon.

been dating someone for 7.5 years. His name is Jalil and he is from Morocco. He has been in the USA for 14 years now and is also a citizen. He owns a transportation company that services all of the resorts here in Arizona. He has even transported a few movie stars. He is very handsome. He is 6¿2¿ and weighs 225 pounds¿no fat, just muscle. We enjoy each other¿s company very much. We both love to travel and make each other laugh. I have no plans to marry again¿I tried it twice.
I am an agent for Chevron Phillips Mining Chemicals. I have an office and a laboratory located in Tucson, Arizona. I have been doing this for 8 years now and I love it. Living in Iowa I never thought my career would be in the mining industry. I handle all of the sales in the southwestern United States, Mexico¿and some other areas. My daughter provides customer service, arrange shipments and take care of any problems that may occur. I also employ a chemist and a lab technician. We develop new blends of chemicals to sell in the industry. I really like my job and I do quite well.
