Life
Okay - I guess I'll finally break down and post one of these damn things.
Well, I'm old, just like the rest of you! Married for almost 18 years to a terrific guy and have one absolutely beautiful daughter (if I do say so myself!).
Ran an engineering firm for a number of years (til Magna International bought us out.) and wanting to get out of corporate I find myself working part-time as a legal assistant specializing in immigration (let me tell you what frickin fun THAT is these days....)
Still active in community theatre (recently did Agatha Chrisitie's "And Then There Were None" and prior to that Bad Seed). A 4-H Leader (can you believe tha...Expand for more
t people actually trust ME with guiding their children? - - - - those of you that actually remember me will get a kick out of that! But I've mellowed in my waning years....)
Recently did a missionary stint, an experience I truly hope to repeat again in the future. Man, I tell you. Our kids have NO IDEA how well they have it until they travel somewhere where the people have NOTHING....my daughter travelled with me and what an eye opening educational experience it was for both of us.
