Lisa's Story
Where do I start? Graduating from High school was hard enough, but working full time and raising a family was even harder, but an experience that I wouldn't trade in for all the college degree's in the world. I have stayed in the N.VA area all my life so that I could be near my parents and they would have a real connection to my children. When my Dad passed, in April 2006 that was one of the hardest things to go through. I have had friends who have passed, but losing a parent is like losing a body part. ater in August of 2006 and even though I truly thought my biological clock had stopped, the Doctor informed me with a huge grin that my clock wasn't as ready to stop as I thought it should have been. So with that I am now not only the proud parent of 3 boys who age from 29 to 11 but also of 1 little girl who is now 2 1/2. But I am also a Grandma to 3 beautiful little girls (who's ages are 6 to 4) and 3 adorable little boys (who's ages are 3 to 9 months) by my Oldest and 2nd Oldest Sons, David and Jonathan. I guess you can say that I have been truly blessed by having my family and being able to be near them all.
