Liz's Story
Funny isn't it that after all this time we're all curious to see what we now look like, and what's happened in the lives of the kids we grew up with?
As I prepare to start the next phase of this journey in life, old age, it's just so damn comforting to know that there are people out there that know something about me. I like the fact that you were very much a part of my life at one time, and are the keepers of some of my memories.
So hello to all of you! I should have stayed in contact better, but stuff happens, and along the way you get so busy that some of the important things in life get forgotten. Glad to see that so many of us are still here, going into our golden years.
Not so much to tell about myself... pretty ordinary surburban life. I've lived in the Boston area for about 35 years, and raised 3 great ki...Expand for more
ds in addition to my awesome stepson (not in the picture). I have 4 grandkids ages 18 to 7, two boys and two girls. All are doing fantastic, and well on their way to having just super lives.
Presently, I'm back to selling real estate, after having had many years in new home construction. The housing market has been very bad here for a couple of years, and new homes have suffered the worst. But I'm optimistic that I'll be back doing what I love someday soon.
I was recently in Rowland Heights, visiting my husband's relatives. My youngest daughter got a real kick out of seeing the old high school. So did I. I don't think I've been on campus since graduation. Wow the neighborhood had really changed! But the school was incredibly just as I remembered it. Weird.
