Liz's Story
Life
After graduting high school I married a great guy that was in the Air Force and went to Germany for 4 years. When we returned we realized that we had gotten married to young and divorced. I now am married to an even greater guy. He was Air Force too. He did 10 years active duty and now he is in the Air Force Reserves and works full time as a civilian at Selfridge ANG. We have been married for 14 years. I have had some part time jobs and pretty much a stay at home mom. Now I work for Wolverine Harley Davidson in Clinton Township and love it. It is like a reunion everyday. I see soo many people I went to school with and hung out with while in high school. I have two great boys and enjoy them very much.
School
All I can say about school is that I did graduate and never went on to college. I have been very blessed with a husb...Expand for more
and that has a very good job that allows me to stay home with our kids and work part time.
Workplace
I worked at Mc Donalds the last couple years of High School and then when I graduated and got married I started working for the Air Force exchange, I worked for them for 13 years. When we left the Air Force and moved back to Michigan I was a stay at home mom for a couple years and then went to work for a construction company for two years, then I left them and now I work at Wolverine Harley Davidson, Clinton Township.
Military
I never was in the military myself, but my first husband of 5 years was in the Air Force and then When I married my second husband he was Air Force too. Active duty for 10 years and now Air Force Reserves for 7 years. So with 19 years being an Air Force wife I do have just a little militray knowledge.
