My first book was published in October 2009- Teaching is a Privilege: Twelve Essential Understandings for Beginning Teachers, my second book, Story Power! Breathing Life into History, in November 2010, and my most recent book, The Violence Continuum: Creating a Safe School Climate, was published in January 2012.
