Liz's Story
So since high school I went from being "Jody's sister" to "Wes' (trophy) wife" and now "Natalie's mom"--not bad in 25 years...
I was back in school at age 40--my daughter begging me to "just be a cashier". My first day as an RN my scrotal abscess patient claimed he hadn't seen his wanker in 10 years...too late to change careers? ;-)
Life has been great for me--I have been married to my best friend for over 20 years. To quote one of our favorite movies, he's "everything I never knew I always wanted". He may spend a little too much time playing computer games...Expand for more
, but he is a great husband and father (and still looks awesome in his 501's!). Plus we have a smart, cute and healthy daughter. What a blessing!
We are back in Washington after being on the east coast for a decade and are enjoying life close to family (a little too close some days). It has been nice getting back in touch with friends (like Linda Siegrist/Reichert) and I look forward to seeing all the middle-aged folks at the reunion this summer. :-) Look for me: I'm the one that looks just like Jody Martin only shorter, longer hair and more cleavage!
