Regretfully, I left Issaquah High School in 1964 when my parents split up, and I moved to California with my mom. I graduated in 1965 from San Lorenzo High School. Since I've attended Issaquah schools since Kindergarten, IHS is still my home. I've been blessed to attend a couple of class picnics and our 40th and now 50th class reunions. My husband of nearly 49 years have lived in the Issaquah School District for the past 15 years, not far from the home I was raised in which was off of the Sunset Highway. We have a son and a daughter who do audio-visual support for Amazon.com with their company, Avisys, Inc. We have 6+ grandchildren. All are within an hour's drive from us, which is another blessing. My hubby, John, Sr., retired as a construction electrician from the U of W in 2009. I've been retired from secretarial work for probably 30 years now. We have a non-profit corporation, Slavic Outreach Ministries which was founded by us in 2005.
