After Sheboygan North High school, I attended Marquette University and became a Dental Hygienist (for over 30 years.) Left Wisconsin upon graduation for California finally settling in Marina del Rey to enjoy tennis, scuba diving, camping, fishing, back packing, biking, and cross country & downhill skiing--all at your fingertips in California. Also participated in square dancing, Sweet Adelines, Community Choirs, taught CPR, was a hospice and children's dental clinic volunteer, took numerous night school classes and finally found the love of my life in Handbells. Since my two children have not blessed me with son or daugher in laws or grandchildren, I found that I could get my fill of kids activities by working in music at church. When retired to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1991 I found a church that needed not only handbells but a children's music director--I ended up with 5 bell choirs and three children's choirs with over 125 participitants in the last Christmas program in 2000.
