Lora's Story

Hi fellow classmates from F.D.R. After High School, I attended New York University and received both a B.A. and M.A. with a major in English. I worked in Publishing at William Morrow on Madison Ave. until I met my husband and moved to Cape Cod. A year later we purchased a waterfront property with a restaurant called, Sal's Place. My husband, Jack had worked there with the original owner, Sal , for a number of years and I worked there until we purchased it together. Our son, Alexander, was born in 1992. We have done some extensive traveling in Europe and in America. We have ...Expand for more
lived in Rome, and would someday love to live there more extensively. My husband is half Italian and half Greek, I am half French and half Swedish, so we cover alot of international areas! I am happy to re-connect with friends from F.D.R., that was a great time in my life and it is nice to see familiar faces and read your stories as well. My best wishes to all of you who check my site and hope to continue to keep in touch. My husband passed away last summer of 2009, my son, Alexander and I are starting a new page in our lives and moving forward now, almost one year later. Lora
