Loraine's Story

Workplace I started out at Lockport Memorial Hospital as an aide. While working there,went to school,both full time. Graduated in 1987 from nursing school,and got my job I still have working at ECMC in the emergency dept. Been there for 16+ yrs,in the ED,have been team leader on the...Expand for more
11-7 shift. Now working as staff nurse, am taking courses to become a forensic nurse. Am working to complete my SANE training. Am on the "council" to get the SAFE program going in Erie,Niagara, and southern tier counties.Was voted employee of the year by my peers in the ED for 2001.
