Life
Hello-wherever you are! HOpe this finds you well! It's been quite a long time, and this classmates is a great idea! I'm in a NW suburb,Cary, and enjoy the peace out here, but often get to the city. Miss the Chicago we grew up with. I still keep in touch with many of the friends from St. Philomena's Grade school. We have a lot of fun together.
Quick update: went to college, have 3 great kids 26 yrs. old & graduated from college, 23 & 21, still in college. We are all very involved with church (yes, don't fall off your chair!) And I feel very blessed with them! Another amazing feat, still married! as we now know, that is a challenge, but somehow we muddle through life and become better people. I prefer to be an optimist.

ed works, wrote and directed some 2-act plays, writing family/children's books and seeking a literary agent. Had a wonderful career and some other great PT jobs. Worked at United Airlines and left with a Supervisor position at O'Hare. After 9/11 one half of my dept. was cut, I do miss those benefits, but truly don't miss the commute. It was wearing thin, so I work PT 5 min. from my home now. I vow, this is the last job I want, other than writing.
Another challenge I overcame, driving . . . across the country. with relatives in NY state, TX, CA, and college kids in Idaho, Ut, and AZ, I can honestly say I driven many, many, states! Parent's weekend & Vacations are the best however. I'm anxious to read your bio's also! Have a wonderful day and hope this finds you happy!
