Doing the "mom" thing and loving it! My husband and I have two boys, Brandon (5) and Shawn (3). My hubbie and I have been married for almost 8 years and I really enjoy the "family life"!
Before I became a mother I was working for Frontier Airlines in their Safety and Security Dept. which was in high demand after Sept. 11! We really enjoyed the free travel.
My husband and I moved into our new home that same year and were pregnant the following year. I had two mis-carriages before our son Brandon came along, but he was worth the wait and is such a joy! He has a wonderful personality and he makes us laugh daily!
In between kids I was rear ended at a stop light which lead to years of physical therapy. I could not do an MRI at the time because I was pregnan...Expand for more
t with Brandon. It was revealed that I had a ruptured disk in my neck and underwent surgery in 2004 to do a spinal fusion. Good as new....sort of.
Then came our second son, Shawn in 2005. He is so sweet yet the most stubborn little guy ever...we love them both so!
In 2006 I underwent yet more surgery...this time on each shoulder to remove bone spurs which were tearing the tissue...fabulous eh? Sometimes I feel like my body is just falling apart! What's next...who knows!
My husband works for Ball Aerospace as a Manufacturing engineer. He enjoys it, but does not like all the paper, paper, paper, but that's Aerospace!
I'm hoping for our 10 year Anniversary we can travel somewhere fun....maybe with the kids? In the meantime...it's all about Preschool and Kindergarten.
