Lori's Story
Chemo update: I have had 2 chemo treatments and have 4 more to go. My chemo weeks are tough, but the 2 weeks in between, I feel pretty normal. I am blessed with so many amazing people in my community who are providing meals and child care to help Mark, the kids, and me get through this. I also feel so lifted up by the prayers ...Expand for more
of so many. I was able to donate my hair before it started falling out. It hadn't been that short since I was 9, and my mom made me get a shag. It is gone now, but will grow back! Who knows if I'll keep it short or grow it long again? I think of you all often and hope to get down for a visit sometime next year.
