Lori's Story

Life After university, I moved to England on business and have not returned back except for business trips and to spend time with my family. A few years back I married a British man (born in Scotland) who is absolutely wonderful. He makes me laugh and we have the best of times together. I live on the top of a hill in the English countryside near a charming Victorian village. The views are superb and the train to London is only 45 minutes. We actually have quite the dream location. Most days there are more horse riders going past than cars. For the past 13+ years, I have been working in the technology/software industry running Europe on a director level. n travel. I also make it back to the states on business about 4+ times a year and always manage to squeeze in a trip home to Green Bay. I do love coming home. It amazes me how things have changed in Ashwaubenon/Green Bay. My Mom still lives in the same house that I was born in, which is lovely. My family and friends from the US visit us frequently, thus I have become quite the tourist guide for all places UK/Europe. It is quite fun, to say the least. Being trans-atlantic, I haven't kept in close contact with or seen folks from High School, though I hope to attend the reunion in September. It all depends on travel schedules, but I am pushing for it. It would be brilliant to see everyone.
