Lori's Story

Hi everyone ! Well its been a long time since high school. I live in a city called Norco, Ca. which is also the high school I graduated from. I moved from Poway after my freshman year.I am now 47, happily married, have 2 grown boys and a step-son who is in the Army. I also have 2 grandkids ages 2 & 1 who are my pride and joy. k and my family. I am still pretty athletic and play softball and basketball as well as try to get a few workouts in each week. In 2004 both of my parents passed away and I cared for them for 3 years. It was a really hard time but life does go on. I think the thing I am the best at is being a mom and grandma. The thing I am the worst at is dealing with petty people. I have no time or tolerance for those kind of people.

I am so sore after today's workout. I think a double is going to be necessary just so I can walk again. So I'm going to suck it up today so I won't have to suck it in later on!! Feeling motivated in week #3 of the challenge

When I am not working out at Corona Fit Body Boot Camp I am doing it at home on my Bowflex. Putting in the time for the Orange team.
